Is anyone watching the Oscars tonight? I really never have, but I am interested to discover if Heath Ledger wins the Oscar for best supporting actor for his role as the Joker in The Dark Knight. Definitely rooting for him to. Too bad we don't have cable and I have to work tonight. :^) Oh, well, I've asked my brother to record it for me. If he does win, I'll have a video of this moment in history. :^)

I watched bits and pieces! I have always like Hugh Jackman. Now I totally have a "celebrity crush" on him! Is he talented or what?
Hugh Jackman was really good in Van Helsing and in X-Men! I have two celebrity crushes. I am a huge fan of country music. My first crush - every since I was a teenager (and still is that way) is Marty Stuart. My second celebrity crush would have to be Johnny Depp. :^)

I like to look at the dresses the day after but I don't watch the show much.
I have never watched the Oscars. We actually have not had cable for years. But this year I wanted to see if Heath Ledger would win. I was hoping he would. Glad to see that he did. I asked my brother to record it for me (he has cable). I'm going to pick up the video tomorrow. There is someone that I work with who likes to watch for the dresses as well.

Yes, I really liked him in Van Helsing as well. Of course, I always think of him as "wolverine".
Marty Stuart is very talented. I also like John Mellencamp. Their styles remind me of each other. Yes, and then there is Johnny Depp...I have watched him since 21 Jump Street. Remember that?
Marty Stuart definitely has a little rock and roll in his music. I love rockabilly music, in general. Next to Marty Stuart, Travis Tritt has probably been my favorite concert. Too bad I never got to see them perform together.
I do remember 21 Jump Street, but I don't think I ever watched it. LOL. I do remember watching Edward Scissorhands, then Sleepy Hollow. There are only two Johnny Depp movies I can remember that I didn't really care for - The Ninth Gate and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (too big of a fan of the original, I guess). I should go back and re-watch the second with Taliesin and Nathanael. They were pretty little when we rented the DVD and got bored with it. I may like it better now.
